You should have:
Qualification: Minimum Graduation
Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in Inbound and/or Outbound calls
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey issues clearly, making points concisely
Ability to perform under pressure and meet/exceed expectations executing high quality results in fast paced environments
Ability to listen attentively and suggest apt solution to a problem
Good interpersonal skills
Language of conversation is English (primarily) and Hindi (occasionally)
Familiarity with startup ecosystem in India will be an advantage.
A telesales executive is a part of the company's sales team and his/her primary job is to sell. They have to take inbound calls along with outbound calls.
Telesales executives have set targets and strategies by their team supervisor. They will be calling a prospective client and persuading them to purchase product/service. Telesales executives must have a clear understanding of the product/service they are selling and should be able to negotiate well.
He/She should Influence customers to buy or retain product or service by following a prepared script to give product reference information.
He/She will be responsible for building the trust of the clients, by explaining about our Services on Calls for incoming leads. And should be able to convince the client to get a lead converted into an order.
