Abstract: Inflammatory diseases continúes to be a common lifestyle disease occurring in orie man"s day to day life. There a variety of inflammation diseases. The causes of which can be of external, and internal origin. There are varieties of synthetic medicines like NSAID whose effect will reduce the effect of pain, but on long time consumption will lead to many side effects including liver problems. Now the trend of nutraceutical include anti inflammatory drugs of natural origin. Many of the plant metabolites are helpful in treating inflammatory conditions. But most of these drugs lack biological efficacies. One such compound which helps effectively in treating anti-inflammátion is beta -caryophyllene. Turmeric proteins also play a role in curing inflammations. Our unique formulation includes a blend of Turmeric powder and beta caryophyllene.
1. Field Gf Invention BACKGROUND OF INVENTION Anti- Inflammation:
There are many possible factors responsible for causing inflammation in the body. These lipophilic volátiles freely cross cellular membranes and serve various ecological roles, like plant-insect interactions. The sesquiterpene (E)-P- Caryophyllene [(E)-BCP] is a major plant volatile found in large amounts in the essential oils of many different spice and food plants, such as orégano (Origanum vulgare L.), cinnamon {Cinnamomum spp.) and black pepper (Piper nigrum L.).
Beta Caryophyllene is a dietary cannabinoid. Activation of the CB2receptor isapptential therapeutic strategy for the treatment of inflammation, pain, atherosclerosis, and osteoporosis. The beta Caryophyllene binds to the CP55, 940 binding site (i.e., THC binding site) of the peripheral /?CB2 cannabinoid receptor and thereby preventing the possible factor for inflammation.
