1. FIELD OF INVENTION
A NOVEL PRODUCT FOR IMPROVING SEXUAL HEALTH IN MALES
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
There are many reasons which account for the male infertility problems. Many of the body metabolic disorders contribute to male infertility. The use of synthetic drugs has got adverse effects. This has led to the emergence of natural supplements with proven clinical backgrounds. Black Ginger, a plant of the genus Zingiberaceae Kaempferia is one such natural entity with health benefits. The active component of the raw material includes methoxy flavones. There are nearly 10 methoxy flavones present in the compound. Our novel extraction and encapsulation technique allows delivering the product with good biological efficacy. The present invention relates developing a natural product encapsulated in a bioavailable matrix.

2. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The mechanism by which black ginger helps in treating male infertility is mentioned below. Phosphodiesterase or cyclic nucleotide Phosphodiesterase consist of group of enzymes which degrades intracellular second messenger cGMP and cAMP. Phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE 5), is one of the 11 enzymes that selectively degrades cG MP in vascular smooth muscle cells supplying the corpus cavernosum of the penis. Inhibition of PDE5increases level of cGMP leading to smooth muscle relaxation, vasodilation and increased blood flow to the penile tissue* Therefore, PDE 5 inhibitor is used in the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED). There are 10 methoxy flavones present in the compound. Out of this 5,7 dimethoxy flavone is the dominating one. The methoxy flavone inhibits the action of PDE-5 .Black ginger also increases the Nitric oxide levels in the body. Nitric oxide is a important factor that helps in the vasodilation process. Vasodilation helps to increase the blood flow to the body tissues. Our Novel extraction process helps to recover the methoxy flavones with highest purity. When trapped in a bioavailable matrix, the efficacy of the black ginger will increase to a greater extend. Our novel encapsulation process involves the entrapment of black ginger in bioavailable Cyclodextrin matrix. The present invention relates development of a product with highest purity of the active component and encapsulation in a natural matrix.

3. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Our unique extraction process involves the extraction of raw material with a suitable solvent ,which will give a comparatively good yield with purity. The solvent used here is food grade ethyl alcohol. For increasing the bio availability, the molecule needs to be trapped in a good matrix . The encapsulation technique in Beta Cyclodextrin increase the bioavailability to a greater extends.
