Abstract
ABSTRACTThe present invention relates to a powder composition comprising a non-irritant formula effective against 'Prickly Heat' or 'Miliaria rubra'. The composition comprising of, based upon total weight of the composition from about 0.05 % to about 2.0 % of vetiver powder; from about 0.01 % to about 0.20% of herbal oils; from about 45.0 % to about 55.0 % of maize starch; from about 10.0 % to about 20.0 % of zinc oxide; from about 2.0 % to about 7.0 % of boric acid; from about 0.10 % to about 1.0 % of chlorhexidine; from about 20 % to about 30 % of talc; from about 0.10 % to about 1.50 % of cooling agents; and from about 1.0 % to about 2.50 % of fragrance. The composition comprises anti-bacterial and anti-fungal herbs that give fast relief from prickly heat and heat rashes without being harsh on skin.
