Artificial Intelligence (Ai) Based Apparatus For Eliminating Contaminants From Processed Tea, And Method Thereof

Present invention relates to an Artificial Intelligence (AI) based apparatus (100) for eliminating contaminants from processed tea. The apparatus (100) comprises a vibratory bed (102), a vision inspection module (104), and a pneumatic valve. The vibratory bed (102) configured to vibrate based on an input from a control panel (114) to detect, and eliminate the contaminants from the processed tea. The tea sample particles (106) passed through the vibratory bed (102). The vision inspection module (104) configured to capture one or more images of a tea sample under Charge Coupled Device (CCD) array. A control card (304) of the vision inspection module (104) configured to control an intensity of an illumination within a predefined range at a field of view. The pneumatic valve configured to open a flap to release a portion of the tea sample with contaminants, and clean tea sample is obtained from the vibratory bed (102).
