The present invention relatesArtificial Intelligence based smart marketing management for customer engagement.The AI based method comprising steps of storing information of customers using with a customer’s identifying feature. The AI based method further comprising identify a logic to solve the customer issue faceless intervention &manage customer engagement.The future demand or service of said customer is estimated based on the mathematical churn model processed by the processing module using an AI and ML.
