Abstract: The present invention is one that makes it difficult for water accumulated in a gas-liquid separation chamber to intrude into an exhaust gas lead-out path, and prevents water droplets dropping from an upper surface of the gas-liquid separation chamber from intruding into the exhaust gas lead-out path, and provided with: a gas-liquid separation chamber 41; an exhaust gas introduction path 42 that has an exhaust gas introduction port 42x provided on a side toward one side wall 401 forming the gas-liquid separation chamber 41; an exhaust gas lead-out path 43 that has an exhaust gas lead-out port 43x provided on a side toward the other side wall 402 forming the gas-liquid separation chamber 41; and a drain path 44 that has a drain port 44x provided on a lower side than the exhaust gas lead-out port 43x on the side wall 402 forming the gas-liquid separation chamber 41, in which an exhaust gas lead-out port 43x side of the exhaust gas lead-out path 43 is bent upward inside the gas-liquid separation chamber 41, and the exhaust gas lead-out port 43x is opened toward a lateral direction.
