Hence, when the opening is closed the entrapped air leaks out of the hole and butt the rubber surface and the metal surface perfectly.
[026] This assembly is opens into the cabin. The present invention also allows the rubber to occupy the shape due to the present of the blind holes. Hence, when the opening is closed the entrapped air leaks out of the hole and butt the rubber surface and the metal surface perfectly. The tiny holes present at the bottom of the assembly allow the entrapped water to leak outside making the assembly waterproof.
[027] The inside cab pressure is utilized through the entrapped water outside. Also, the CFD tool is used to analyze the entrapped air released when the opening is closed. The present invention also allows the rubber to occupy the shape due to the present of the blind holes on its profiles. Hence, when the opening is closed the entrapped air leaks out of the hole and butt the rubber surface and the metal surface closing the water ingress path. The tiny holes present at the bottom of the assembly allow the entrapped water to leak outside by utilizing the cab pressure.
[028] The present assembly opens into the cabin of train driver, hence interference of window opening panel with the already positioned PSD is ruled out as the train embarks the platform. The assembly is also maintenance free and do not have any issues like dust accumulation and cleaning.
[029] In the present invention, blind hole is made in the rubber to take the required shape of the frame in order to restrict the flow of water. Two holes are made in the outer frame of the assembly in order to force the water outside the cab by utilizing the inside pressure, if water get stagnated while opening the assembly.
