Description:A MOUNTING STRUCTURE ASSEMBLY FOR SNAP FITTING WITH AN ATTACHING STRUCTURE
TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present disclosure, in general, relates to a mounting structure assembly, and more particularly to the mounting structure assembly for snap fitting with an attaching structure.
BACKGROUND

[0002] In existing vehicle design, the mounting structure assembly may include a snap and one or more strengthening and location ribs for mounting the pull handle in a door trim of a vehicle.
[0003] Further, in some structures, the pull handle may be prevented from coming off by being screwed into the receiving portion by the screw inserted through the mounting hole into the pull handle receiving portion. In another structure, the pull handle may be prevented from coming off in a vertical direction of vehicle by using a locking piece that is engaged with a hole such that the movement in the vehicle direction is restricted. Further, in an event of a crash of a vehicle, sharp edges in door trim may be created that may cause further injuries to the passengers.
[0004] Fig. 1a illustrates an image 100a depicting a mounting structure assembly, in accordance with an existing prior art. The mounting structure assembly may include a snap 102 and a plurality of strengthening and location rib 104. Further, there is no fool proofing, if the snap fails or breaks, part comes off.
[0005] Fig. 1b illustrates a cross-section image 100b depicting a mounting structure assembly attached to a door trim of a vehicle, in accordance with an existing prior art. The mounting structure assembly may be attached to the door trim at a point in the door trim via snapping.
[0006] Fig. 1c illustrates an image 100c depicting the mounting structure assembly attached to the door trim of a vehicle, in accordance with an existing prior art.
[0007] In conventional design, during vehicle crash or while a vehicle user closes or opens the door, the pull handle may come off and creates sharp edges on door trim which may injure the user.
[0008] Thus, there is a need for a solution to overcome above mentioned drawbacks.
