Abstract: ABSTRACT 5 The present disclosure discloses a front structure (100) of a vehicle (200). The front structure (100) includes a first arm (1) and a second arm (2) defined opposite the first arm (1). The front structure (100) includes a cross-member (3) connecting the first arm (1) and the second arm (2). Further, a bracket (4) is disposed on the cross-member (3). The bracket (4) is configured to be connected 10 to a coupling member (5) of a component of the vehicle (300). The coupling member (5) is configured to be moveable relative to the bracket (4). A grommet (7) disposed between the bracket (4) and the coupling member (5) of the component (300). The grommet (7) is configured to be compressible upon movement of the coupling member (5) relative to the bracket (4). 15 Figure 6 is representative figure.
We claim:
1. A front structure (100) of a vehicle (200), the front structure (100) comprising:
a first arm (1) and a second arm (2) defined opposite the first arm (1);
a cross-member (3) connecting the first arm (1) and the second arm (2);
5 a bracket (4) disposed on the cross-member (3), the bracket (4) configured
to be connected to a coupling member (5) of a component (300) of the vehicle
(200), and the coupling member (5) configured to be moveable relative to the
bracket (4); and
a grommet (7) disposed between the bracket (4) and the coupling member
10 (5) of the component (300), the grommet (7) being compressible upon
movement of the coupling member (5) relative to the bracket (4).
2. The front structure (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bracket (4) includes
a first limb (8) and a second limb (9), the second limb (9) positioned at a
15 distance from the first limb (8) to define a space (10) therebetween, and wherein
at least a portion of the coupling member (5) and at least a portion of the
grommet (7) being moveably accommodated in the space (10) defined between
the first limb (8) and the second limb (9).
20 3. The front structure (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the grommet (7)
comprises a first flange (11) and a second flange (12) defined on either side of
a central portion (13) of the grommet (7), the first flange (11) and the second
flange (12) positioned with a distance therebetween.
25 4. The front structure (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein at least a portion of the
coupling member (5) being configured to be accommodated between the first
flange (11) and the second flange (12) of the grommet (7).
5. The front structure (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein:

the grommet (7) being substantially circular shaped, and the grommet (7)
configured to undergo at least one of compression and expansion, upon
movement of the coupling member (5) relative to the bracket (4); and
the grommet (7) configured to undergo at least one of compression and
5 expansion relative to a central axis of thereof, upon movement of the coupling
member (5) relative to the bracket (4).
6. The front structure (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bracket (4), the
grommet (7) and the coupling member (5) are connected by a fastening member
10 (14) in a locked position.
7. A headlamp (300) of a vehicle (200), the headlamp (300) comprising:
a lighting unit (17) including at least one light source;
a cover member (18) coupled to an anterior portion (19) of the lighting unit
15 (17), the cover member (18) including a lens (6) positioned over the at least one
light source;
a housing (20) configured to be coupled to a posterior portion (21) of the
lighting unit (17), the housing (20) accommodating at least a portion of the
lighting unit (17); and
20 a coupling member (5) defined at the posterior portion (21) of the lighting
unit (17), the coupling member (5) configured to regulate movement of the
headlamp (300) relative to a front structure (100) of the vehicle (200), the front
structure (100) comprising:
a first arm (1) and a second arm (2) defined opposite the first arm
25 (1);
a cross-member (3) connecting the first arm (1) and the second arm
(2);
a bracket (4) disposed on the cross-member (3), the bracket (4)
configured to be connected to the coupling member (5), the coupling
30 member (5) configured to be moveable relative to the bracket (4); and

a grommet (7) disposed between the bracket (4) and the coupling
member (5), the grommet (7) being compressible upon movement of the
coupling member (5) relative to the bracket (4).
5 8. The headlamp (300) as claimed in claim 9, wherein the coupling member (5)
includes a plurality of fingers (16) defined therein, the plurality of fingers (16)
configured to regulate movement of the coupling member (5) relative to the
bracket (4).
10 9. The headlamp (300) as claimed in claim 9, wherein the coupling member (5)
being a hook of substantially oval shaped configuration, and the coupling
member (5) configured to removably accommodate at least a portion of the
grommet (7), and wherein at least a portion of the coupling member (5) being
configured to be accommodated between the first flange (11) and the second
15 flange (12) of the grommet (7).
10. The headlamp (300) as claimed in claim 9, wherein the grommet (7) includes a
first flange (11) and a second flange (12) defined on either side of a central
portion (13) of the grommet (7), the first flange (11) and the second flange (12)
20 positioned with a distance therebetween.
11. The headlamp (300) as claimed in claim 9, wherein:
the grommet (7) being substantially circular shaped, and the grommet (7)
25 configured to undergo at least one of compression and expansion, upon
movement of the coupling member (5) relative to the bracket (4); and
the grommet (7) being configured to undergo at least one of compression
and expansion in a lateral direction, upon movement of the coupling member
(5) relative to the bracket (4).

12. A two-wheeled vehicle (200), comprising:
a body frame (15);

a headlamp (300) coupled to the body frame (15), the headlamp (300)
comprising:
a lighting unit (17) including at least one light source;
a cover member (18) coupled to an anterior portion (19) of the
5 lighting unit (17), the cover member (18) including a lens (6) positioned
over the at least one light source;
a housing (20) configured to be coupled to a posterior portion (21)
of the lighting unit (17), the housing (20) accommodating at least a portion
of the lighting unit (17); and
10 a coupling member (5) defined at the posterior portion (21) of the
lighting unit (17), the coupling member (5) configured to regulate
movement of the headlamp (300) relative to a front structure (100) of the
vehicle (200), the front structure (100) comprising:
a first arm (1) and a second arm (2) defined opposite the first
15 arm (1);
a cross-member (3) connecting the first arm (1) and the
second arm (2);
a bracket (4) disposed on the cross-member (3), the bracket
(4) configured to be connected to the coupling member (5), the
20 coupling member (5) configured to be moveable relative to the
bracket (4); and
a grommet (7) disposed between the bracket (4) and the
coupling member (5), the grommet (7) being compressible upon
movement of the coupling member (5) relative to the bracket (4).
