An Apparatus For Extracting Cotton Bolls
Abstract: An apparatus 100 for extracting cotton bolls is described. The apparatus 100 comprise a gripper finger sub-assembly 202, a gripper belt sub-assembly 204, and a vacuum hose 206. Gripper fingers 302 of the gripper finger sub-assembly 202 are used for grabbing the cotton bolls. The cotton bolls may be extracted and conveyed towards the vacuum hose 206 by the gripper belt sub-assembly 204 including a belt 512 with teeth. The vacuum hose 206 directs the cotton bolls towards a storage unit.
