A Hydraulic Control System For Oil Leakage Detection And Loss Prevention
Abstract: A HYDRAULIC CONTROL SYSTEM FOR OIL LEAKAGE DETECTION AND LOSS PREVENTION The present invention describes a hydraulic control system (100). The hydraulic control system (100) comprises a reservoir (102) for storing a hydraulic fluid and a sensor (104) mounted in the reservoir to continuously detect a volume of the hydraulic fluid. The hydraulic control system (100) further comprises a controller connected with an engine (108) powering the hydraulic control system (100). The controller is configured to obtain the volume of the hydraulic fluid from the sensor (104). The controller compares the volume of the hydraulic fluid with a predefined value of the hydraulic fluid associated with a task being performed by the hydraulic control system (100). When the volume of the hydraulic fluid is present below the predefined level, the controller de-rates the engine (108) and de-strokes a pump (106) to regulate flow of the hydraulic fluid. (Fig. 1)
