Docking Assembly For A Vehicle

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a docking assembly. The docking assembly comprises a carrier configured to secure one or more components of the vehicle and A bracket is coupled to the carrier and defined with aperture formed by an elongated slot with a central circular opening. A hook formed to a casing of HVAC unit of the vehicle. The hook projects outwardly from the casing and is defined with a recess to align with the aperture of the bracket. Further, a connecting pin with a first end is receivable within the recess and a second end receivable within the aperture of the bracket. The connecting pin is configured to dock or undock the HVAC unit with the carrier. The connecting pin slides into a portion of the elongated slot for carrying the HVAC unit along with the carrier upon hoisting the carrier to assemble the carrier within the vehicle.
