The present invention relates to a novel formulation of liquid shots designed to deliver
a synergistic combination of collagen, biotin, sodium hyaluronate, vitamin D, vitamin
C, and L-glutathione for enhanced nutritional absorption.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
This present invention provides a novel and innovative liquid shot formulation
containing a synergistic combination of collagen, biotin, sodium hyaluronate, vitamin
E, vitamin C, and L-glutathione. The application addresses a significant unmet need
which primarily revolves around the challenges faced by traditional dietary supplement
formats, such as pills and capsules, in ensuring that nutrients are effectively absorbed
by the body. These challenges arise from factors like poor solubility, limited
gastrointestinal absorption, and potential interactions with food or other supplements.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
The “Liquid Shots” as uses herein refers to a liquid composition with a volume of 20
ml to 60 ml.
The comprehensive blend of the present invention offers a myriad of advantages for
promoting skin health, hair growth, joint function, and overall well-being. Collagen,
sodium hyaluronate, and vitamin C play pivotal roles in maintaining and promoting
skin health. Collagen is a structural protein that provides firmness and elasticity to the
skin. Sodium hyaluronate is a potent moisturizer that helps retain skin hydration.
Vitamin C is essential for collagen synthesis and acts as an antioxidant, protecting the
skin from free radical damage. Combining these ingredients in an oral liquid solution
helps rejuvenate and hydrate the skin, reducing the appearance of wrinkles and
promoting a youthful complexion. Healthy Hair and Nails: Biotin, often referred to as
"the beauty vitamin," is a key component for promoting hair and nail health. It supports
keratin production, the protein responsible for strong and shiny hair and nails.
Including biotin in the oral solution can lead to thicker, more resilient hair and healthier
nails, reducing issues such as brittleness and breakage. Collagen, along with vitamin

Thus in an embodiment the present invention provides oral liquid shots composition
designed to deliver a synergistic combination of nutraceutical ingredients for enhanced
nutritional absorption.
In another embodiment the present invention provides oral liquid shots composition
designed to deliver a synergistic nutraceutical composition comprising combination of
ingredients selected from collagen, biotin, sodium hyaluronate, and one or more
ingredient selected from vitamin E, vitamin C and L-gluthathione.
In an embodiment the liquid composition of the present invention has volume of 30 ml
to 60 ml.

In an embodiment the liquid composition of the present invention is to be taken oncea-daily.
In an embodiment the present invention provides a once a daily liquid oral composition
comprising a combination of nutraceutical active ingredients, wherein the total volume
of the liquid composition is 30ml-60ml.
In another embodiment the present invention provides an oral once-a-daily liquid shots
composition designed to deliver a composition comprising a combination of
ingredients selected from collagen, biotin, sodium hyaluronate, vitamin E, vitamin C,
L-gluthathione, wherein the liquid composition has a volume of 5 ml to 100 ml.
In an embodiment the collagen is present in the range of 1g to 50 g. In a preferred
embodiment the collagen is present in the range of 2.5 g.
In an embodiment biotin is present in the range of 1 g to 10 mg. In a preferred
embodiment the biotin is present in the range of 30 mcg.
In an embodiment sodium hyaluronate is present in the range of 20 mg to 100 mg. In a
preferred embodiment sodium hyaluronate is present in the range of 50 mg.
In an embodiment vitamin E is present in the range of 1mg to 50 mg. In a preferred
embodiment vitamin E is present in the range of 10 mg.
In an embodiment vitamin C is present in the range of 20 mg to 100 mg. In a preferred
embodiment vitamin C is present in the range of 40 mg.

In an embodiment L-gluthathione is present in the range of to 10 mg to 100 mg. In a
preferred embodiment L-gluthathione is present in the range of 50 mg.
In an another embodiment the present invention provides a liquid shot comprising:
i. 2.5 g of collagen and;
ii. 50 mg of sodium hyaluronate and;
iii. 30 mcg of Biotin and;
iv. 50 mg of l- Glutathione and;
v. 40 mg of Vitamin C and;
vi. 10 mg of Vitamin E and;
Wherein the liquid shots have volume of 5 ml to 100 ml.
In an embodiment the once a daily liquid shots of the present invention further
comprises of pharmaceutically acceptable excipients selected from surfactant,
solubilizers, buffering agent, coloring agents, flavoring agents and the likes thereof.
In an embodiment the present invention provides process to prepare the once-a-daily
oral liquid shots of the present invention.

CONCLUSION:
The liquid shots of present invention were found to be stable for 3 months under
different conditions.
