Abstract: Special tool is designed for fitment of fusible plug (8) into the main 5 wheel (9) by using the fixed support (10) which is fixed by external means to prevent rotational movement of threaded mandrel (2) -and other side there is a pin (11) having connecting shape same as of fusible plug (8) which gets fitted accurately as per rotation given to moving mandrel (3) as well as its extraction by using the support bush 10 (1) fixed at one side and on other side it support to restrict the movement of threaded mandrel (2) as other side thread on which moving mandrel (3) rotate as well as move forward resulting fusible plug (8) extracted as per the rotational movement given to the moving mandrel.
