The Figure 1 consists of five main components i.e., 11,12, 16,17 and 18 that will work in a coordinated manner to give the final personalized on demand T-shirt. As shown in figure 1. the first component 11, the ‘Renewable energy powered operation’ is the main component as it’s prime function is make use of renewable energy source i.e. solar panels which will generate power to perform other operations. All the components will work on the power that will be generated from this component.

The component 12 Operating system for customized inputs. This component is proposed to take all the inputs from the individuals and transfer all the data to the third component Artificial intelligence assisted process.
Body Type Inputs: The component 13 Body type inputs takes all the inputs of the individuals. Once the individual selects the body type from the displayed options like Apple shape, Pear shape, rectangular shape, Spoon shape, V-shaped, Ectomorph, Endomorph, Mesomorph, etc. Then the AI model starts to analyze their body type based on AI algorithms and will suggest the most suitable T-shirt type like V-neck, Round neck, Long Sleeves, Small sleeves, Thuno sleeves, V-neck with collars and buttons, Pocket on one side or both, Basketball t-shirt, Long T-shirt, T-shirt with broad sleeves, etc. The individual can themselves also select their style if they wish to. Our Representation model will work as a link between the user and the AI model. This model will work on the base of Face recognition and identification of human face. The user will upload their face photo or can simply open the camera and the AI model will recognize the face and implement it into the representation model.

The next component 17 is manufacturing and Printing machine as shown in the figure 1. These technological machines will help us in manufacturing personalized sized t-shirt and quality based on the customer’s preferences and style. We will first do the sizing of the T-shirt with the help of cutting and sewing machine according to the inputs gathered from the customers. Then we will print the design on the T-shirt which was chosen by the individual primarily when they visited the website. These technologies helps us to ensure that every individuals T-shirt is designs and styles are produced in the correct format as they selected. We ensure that each customer who buys our T-shirt will be highly satisfied with the product quality and specifications.

The 17 component is heart of our system as we will provide all the data and the Artificial intelligence assisted program will analyze and give the relevant and most suitable recommendation to the user based on the knowledge provided. This component works on the algorithm of data analysis and recommendation. The two components are connected to each other, one will take all the inputs like body type, selection of raw material, specific body measurements, and personality trait and other will analyze and recommend the type of t-shirt that matches the body type of individual and will complement the personality of individuals. When the individual visits our website or e-store and likes a suitable design for example and wants to buy it for themselves then the individual will select the respective design and the AI model will ask the individual to select the body type from the all the displayed body types and if the individual is not aware of in which category their body type is then they can match themselves with the description provided with each body type and select accordingly. After selecting the body type then a model or representation of their body type will be displayed in the screen and the AI will then analyze the body type and will suggest the type of T-shirt that will complement them. Then the representation of their body type will then be displayed along with the type of clothing chosen for them by the AI based on style preference. The individual can also choose by themselves if they do not like the style of the clothing suggested by the Model. Moreover we also aim to give a choice to the user to choose the quality of their T-shirt and the price range that they can afford. After this the individual can choose the type of color they want in their clothing and will be displayed in the screen of the user. Following this step the individual will then give their body measurements for the clothing and if their measurements are fitting in the standard sizing then the Ai model will give them the size accordingly but if their measurements fails to fit in the standard sizing then their new size will be displayed subsequently and the AI model will then ask the individual to choose whether they would like T-shirt to fit them fully, little loose or tight fit. Later we will provide with the try on section where the user will upload their picture of their face and the representative model will take the face of individual so that the customer can see how he/she will look finally after wearing their t-shirt. We want our customers to be fully satisfied with the clothing so that they can order with full confidence without any hesitation.
