Description:FIELD OF THE INVENTION
This invention relates to System of Criminal Profiling using Open-Source Intelligence Tools (OSINT)
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
With the increasing population and crime rates it has become a difficult task for the law makers to keep a track of criminal as the criminal disguise their identity and mingle with other people easily. it has become crucial for law makers to keep a track of the criminals with the help of modern date technology. There is need to develop a criminal profiling method with the help of AI and IoT.
US9396319B2 A method of criminal profiling and person identification that utilizes an online identity software-based solution which focuses on the cognitive/behavioral aspects of an individual who is attempting to gain or has gained unauthorized access to a computer system or portions of that system, who may be posing as an authorized user of that system. There is an emphasis on identifying the intruder's unique cognitive/behavioral biometric fingerprint while he is creating usable electronic evidence during his criminal behavior in cyberspace.
Research Gap: Based on the information gathered of an individuals it can be identified whether that person was involved in Any criminal activity or not.
US11238722B2 The methods and systems are designed to utilize an integrated combination of just in time, just in place, and just on device actions connected to an image recognition process for monitoring criminals who are probation, offenders who are on parole, sex offenders, and witnesses under protection by law enforcement.
Research Gap : Detection and tracking the criminal activity using network of CCTV cameras system is comprises with surveillance cameras are now a big part of the smart city movement and the emerging commercial internet of things.
US8738545B2 A method, apparatus and system of map based neighborhood search and community contribution are disclosed. In one embodiment, a neighborhood communication system is described. This embodiment includes a privacy server to apply an address verification algorithm associated with each user of the online community to verify that each user lives at a residence associated with a claimable residential address of an online community formed through a social community module of the privacy server using a processor and a memory. The privacy server automatically determines a set of access privileges in the online community associated with each user of the online community by constraining access in the online community based on a neighborhood boundary determined using an algorithm of the privacy server. The privacy server may constrain the particular user to communicate through the online community only with a set of neighbors having verified addresses using the privacy server.
Research Gap: The proposed system comprises of Finger print sensor Fingerprint sensor, Retina Sensor, UID Scanner, etc.
