Description:Field of the Invention
This invention relates to system of consumer awareness in rural regions via voluntary consumer organizations (vco) performance card.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Voluntary Consumer Organizations work to raise consumer awareness in rural regions. They provide their monthly report to the office in person. Monthly reports should be submitted electronically so that they may be accessed quickly. Paperless work, simplified performance reporting, and enhanced evaluation. Time will be saved, Less Paper work, E-governance, easy performance report generation and better evaluation.Rural customers may not have easy access to information regarding the performance and quality of VCOs in their areas. When requesting assistance, support, or guidance from VCOs, this might make it difficult for customers to make educated decisions. They may not be aware of the dependability, reputation, and track record of the VCOs accessible to them.
JP2002007594A To provide a consumer information business system which can collect information timely over a wide range by preparing an information collecting system capable of easily and positively providing information and report the information to an object trader to cooperate for early improvement when a consumer has a complaint about or desire for an article and provides the information for even general consumers to protect the profits of many consumers.
Research gap A web software enables remote cooperation among VCOs, government agencies, and other Performance Card system stakeholders. Users may work together on data gathering, analysis, and reporting from any place. This allows for more effective communication and coordination, especially in rural areas where actual meetings may be difficult owing to distance.
US20180253746A1 The present invention is a system, data access management utility and a method of generating links between local merchants and community programs, whereby the merchant may provide incentives to customers in relation to community programs. The present invention may track community programs, as well as both online and offline customer transactions between participants that make use of the incentive. The present invention may include as participants, customers, merchants, community organizations intermediaries, and other groups or individuals. Participants may have participant identifiers, which may be linked to a payment source. Data may be collected about all participants, either expressly, or from offline or online transactions between participants utilizing a participant identifier, and said data may be stored in a data storage area. All data in the data storage area may be utilized by logic tool, which may provide information, such as details of consumer behavior and analytic reporting. Matches between transactions and members and/or member activities may be identified by the system, and a level of certainty that the match is accurate may be determined.
Research gap to secure data held on cloud servers, cloud service providers apply stringent security procedures. Encryption, access limits, frequent backups, and disaster recovery techniques are all part of this. The VCO Performance Card system may benefit from the enhanced security measures provided by trustworthy cloud providers by utilizing cloud servers, protecting the integrity and confidentiality of the data.
None of the prior art indicate above either alone or in combination with one another disclose what the present invention has disclosed. Present invention is System of Consumer awareness in rural regions via Voluntary Consumer Organizations (VCO) Performance Card.

ADVANTAGES OF THE INVENTION:
1. The Performance Card system empowers rural customers by informing them about the performance and quality of VCO in their areas. It helps people to make educated judgements when seeking VCO assistance, support, or guidance. VCOs that exhibit a strong commitment to consumer rights and good service delivery can be selected by consumers.
2. Quality Enhancement It is a tool for VCO to use for continual development. It assists VCOs in identifying areas for improvement and implementing methods to boost their efficacy by giving performance feedback and standards. This results in enhanced services, improved complaint resolution systems, and more responsiveness to the demands of rural consumers.
3. It motivates VCOs to strive for excellence and difference in service delivery by openly reviewing and comparing their performance. This eventually leads to a more competitive environment in which VCOs seek to acquire and keep rural clients by improving their goods.
4. It emphasises the unique demands and preferences of rural customers. VCOs may utilise this data to create customised services and activities that meet the particular difficulties and needs of rural areas. This guarantees that rural consumers obtain services that are more relevant and responsive to their unique needs.
