Background of the Invention
The job market of today is extremely dynamic and competitive. One of the greatest challenges for the employers is retaining their valuable employees (due to the unpredictability of the intentions of the employees to seek a change of the workplace). Reactive measures or subjective assessment are relied upon at present to identify the employees at risk of leaving. An innovative scientific method is hence the requirement of the hour to deal with the issue. This can be done through data analysis and predictive algorithms to forecast the likelihood of an employee seeking a workplace change. Employers shall be empowered with valuable insights and especially early warnings. Retention strategies may be therefore proactively implemented. It may also create a work environment to address the needs and preferences of the employees. A Workplace Transition Prediction system is hence expediently required. It shall analyze factors such as employee performance, job satisfaction, previous work history, and industry trends. This shall enable in predicting the intention of the employees. The employers shall be facilitated to retain their valuable talent pool which shall further foster long-term employee engagement and organizational success.

Research Gap: The proposed invention does not focus on diagnosing the workplace issues rather it focuses on predicting whether the employee is desirous of changing his/her workplace.

Research Gap: The proposed invention does not target the human resource management. It does not even talk about the administration management problems. The invention focuses on providing a solution to the employers against losing their star employees.
US10832365B2 A method managing wellness of employees is presented. A computer system receives a group of health factors for activities and group of preferences for activities of the employees. The computer system identifies a recommendation for an activity for a portion of the employees based on the group health factors, the group of preferences, and information for locations where recommended activities are to occur. The computer system then sends the recommendation for the activity to the portion of the employees.
Research Gap: Health may be a factor for an employee to decide to change the workplace. The proposed invention does not focus on it alone.

The information gathered by the Main Server will be accessible through a Web App (15) and Android/IO App (16) by the end user for analysis of the employees’ data collected.
The ShiftSure device may be further explained with the help of the fig: 1.2. It consists of a Neural Stick (22) embedded with Face Recognition sensor, Expression Detection sensor, Posture Detection sensors and Machine Learning algorithm perform the analysis of the fed information. Further, Keyboard (23), and Mouse (24) will act as an input and navigation device, Motion Sensor (26) to detect the posture, Mic. Array and Camera (28) and Speaker (29) will act as two-way communication unit for conversation based on the information provided to it by the computing unit. The Communication Modem (21) is connected to Computing Unit (20) for captured data storage, the entire system is connected to a Power Supply unit (25).
