CNN image recognition unit (204) for monitoring the entire activities of the kitchen; and all the sensor array is connected to the computing unit through which all the information is transfer to cloud server and all the information are display on display unit with the help of wi-fi module. Monitoring unit (202) for controlling and managing the all the kitchen appliances and kitchen activities; and all the components are powered by the battery power supply (107). Background of the Invention
The existing kitchen management in household and restaurants is manual operated and sometimes it becomes difficult tasks to manage the equipment and keep a tab on other important things such as washing utensils, managing gas stoves, store of grocery, managing the temperature of the kitchens etc. They are a need of creating a smart environment that can make the easer kitchens management via IoT.
WO2017141265A1 The system is designed to remove the hardship faced by people who involved in cooking by automating most of the cooking related operations. The hardship of life faced by working women especially of middle-class family starts from their kitchen. The tension builds in the kitchens in the morning reflects either in their health or in the work front and affects the social harmony or both. By addressing this issue, we could improve the living condition and the social values apart from aiding overall better management. Also, this may lead to improved e-Governance in the future. Herein exploiting the concepts of Internet of Things (IoT), Mobile technology and restructuring the inner arrangements of automated smart kitchen comprising automated smart refrigerator, programmable cooking hob, dish analyser with add-on features and attachments, this new setup will be fabricated. The strength of the system will be in its innovative design and integration of mobile communication features and Controlling System. The system is composed of both hardware and software. As an advancement of technology this system has the arrangement for sensing, analysing and predicting specific needs of its user. This invention will change the traditional style of functioning of the Hotel Industry and life of subjects in overall. Without any doubt the system will pose heavy impact and trigger the developments in the automation of Hotel Industry in large scale apart from contributing or co-operating to e-governance in the future.
Research Gap: The simple process for the managing and monitoring the kitchen in the huge restaurants and home.
In the invention pre trained database for managing the restaurants customer orders, kitchen activities like cooking, cutting of vegetables/ fruits, cleaning of kitchen dishes etc.

Research Gap: The invention comprises of the kitchen environments monitoring system in which invention consist of temperature sensor, gas detector sensor, humidifier, input/output module, auto timer, Wi-Fi, alert system for emergency etc.
The invention proposed of the real time monitoring with the help of CNN image recognition unit and monitoring unit to control the activities of the entire kitchen appliances for smart work.
None of the prior art indicate above either alone or in combination with one another disclose what the present invention has disclosed. Present invention is Smart Kitchen Assistant For Restaurants/Home.
