A Reinforcement Structure

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to reinforcement structure for a vehicle. The reinforcement structure comprises a hood and a front panel mounted to an interior portion of the hood. The front panel is defined with a ceiling portion, a front wall and the second wall. The ceiling portion is mounted to the hood, the first wall and the second wall projects away from first end and second end of the ceiling portion. A striker panel is coupled to the front panel and defined by a body having a first flange end and a second flange end. The body is formed with a cross-sectional axis comprising a tapered region, a platform region and a corrugated region. Further, a striker rod is coupled to the striker panel. The striker rod includes a first leg disposed over the tapered region, and a second leg is disposed over the platform region. Figure 1 is a representative figure.
