“System For Notifying About Uwb Integrated Devices Forgotten In Vehicle And Method Thereof”

Abstract: Present disclosure provides system for notifying about at least one UWB integrated device forgotten in vehicle. System comprises at least two UWB sensors, a camera, a Body Control Module (BCM), and a Telematics Controller Unit (TCU). The UWB sensors locate and count the at least one UWB integrated device inside vehicle. The Camera captures body profile of one or more vehicle occupants. The BCM activates the UWB sensors to determine location information of the at least one UWB integrated device. The TCU: associates body profile with location information and a corresponding count of the at least one UWB integrated device, monitor the count against the body profile to identify the at least one UWB integrated device forgotten in the vehicle and vehicle occupants absent from vehicle, and notify vehicle occupants absent from vehicle and vehicle occupants present in vehicle about the at least one UWB integrated device forgotten in vehicle.
