Engine Throttle Lever With The Provision To Install Go Around Switch

Abstract: "Engine throttle lever assembly with the provision to install go-around switch" is related to engine throttle control system along with go-around switch(30) of · autopilot system for engaging and disengaging of flight director mode. Throttle control lever assembly(1) consist of lever arm(2), knob(3), bush(4), cam(S), plate-cam(6), collar assembly flanged(?), fork-end(8) and bracket(9) are connected using aviation standard fasteners(10,11,31,32), adhesive(35). Lever arm(2) have features of bolt hole (12), in built thread( 40) for mounting of knob(3), go-around switch(30) is installed inside Knob(3) through bush(4), semi-circular cut-out(13) for ingress of cable, groove(14) to route cable(37), bend angle(15) to provide gap, stopper (16) is provided to avoid the inadvertent movement in the forward direction, a rearward projected arm(17), forward projected arm(18) is integral part of lever arm(2). Circular cut-out(19) to connect a bracket(9), cam(S), plate cam(6), collar assembly flanged(?). Fork-end and collar assembly flanged(?) are connected to engine control mechanism (refer Figure 01 to Figure 13).
