Test Setup For Airborne Pilot Display Unit Testing

Abstract: Pilot display Unit. required verification· of functional checks and measurement of electrical and optical parameters before installation. The present invention comprises Hardware (1 01 ), (1 02), (1 03), (1 04), .(1 05), (106), (107), (108) and (109) and indigeneous Software integrated Test Setup to verify the functional checks and optical parameters o( the Pilot Display Unit. The relevance of (1 01) is for processing and sequencing of the test routines and generating controls signals for various external equipments. Generating the discrete input signal to simulate aircraft conditions and capturing the discrete output signal to ensure pilot display unit (110) serviceability. Signal conditioning block (103) conditions the signal make it suitable for.driving Pilot Display Unit (11 0).
