Portable Apparatus For Replacement Of Wind Vane

Abstract: The Portable Apparatus for Replacement of Wind Vane is used for all types of Aerodynamic Sensors. Replacement of ·wind Vane involves disassembly of farge number of parts to reach the base part from cover side. By using this apparatus, only few parts are required to disassemble for replacement of the Wind Vane. The Stand 'setup assembly consists of Metallic Base Plate (201) to provide strong and uniform support, two numbers of Columns (202). having Bearing assembly (203) on each column to provide smooth rotations. One ·Column is having T-Shaped Handle (204), other is having -Lock Assembly (205) and Pin Lock (206) to fix the Central Holding section (207). The Central Holding section consists of Circular Vacant section (208) and Threaded Holes (209) to match with bottom dimension of Aerodynamic Angle Sensor and its proper Holding.
