Magnetic Sheet Manufacturing Method And Magnetic Sheet Manufacturing Apparatus

Abstract: A magnetic sheet manufacturing method comprising: an amorphous alloy ribbon conveyance step of continuously conveying an amorphous alloy ribbon in a tensioned state; a heat treatment step of bringing the amorphous alloy ribbon into contact with a heating body in a tensioned state to heat-treat the amorphous alloy ribbon to obtain a nanocrystalline alloy ribbon; a nanocrystalline alloy ribbon conveyance step of continuously conveying the nanocrystalline alloy ribbon in a tensioned state; a bonding step of bonding the nanocrystalline alloy ribbon and an adhesive sheet to each other in a tensioned state to obtain a laminated body; and a crack forming step of forming cracks in the nanocrystalline alloy ribbon of the laminated body, by bringing the nanocrystalline alloy ribbon into contact with a crack roll, to obtain a magnetic sheet, wherein the amorphous alloy ribbon conveyance step, the heat treatment step, the nanocrystalline alloy ribbon conveyance step, the bonding step, and the crack forming step are consecutively performed in this order.
