Abstract: This rolling control device (10) updates a preset load value Pset on the basis of an operation result at timings ta-tb. The rolling control device (10) derives a plasticity coefficient Qchk on the basis of the operation result at timings ta-tb. When it is determined, on the basis of the plasticity coefficient Qchk, that the updated preset load value Pset is required to be re-updated, the rolling control device (10) re-updates the preset load value Pset on the basis of an operation result at timings tb-tc.
