Abstract: According to one aspect of the present invention, a hot-rolled steel sheet and a manufacturing method for same may be provided, wherein the hot-rolled steel sheet has excellent yield strength, vibration damping ratio, electrical resistivity, and low-temperature toughness, and thus has properties suitable for use in a hyper train tube.
