Abstract: This seal ring manufacturing method, for manufacturing an annular seal ring, involves: a step in which, in a state in which the two ends of a first member and a second member having a semicircular shape have been brought into contact with each other, the inner periphery of the first member and the second member are subjected to turning to form seal fins; and a step in which, in a state in which the two ends of the first member and the second member are spaced apart from one another, the outer periphery of the first member and the second member are subjected to turning.
