Abstract: A battery according to an embodiment of the present invention may comprise: an electrode assembly in which a first electrode and a second electrode and a separator interposed therebetween are wound around a winding axis to define a core and an outer circumferential surface thereof, wherein the first electrode includes a first uncoated portion which is not coated with an active material layer along a winding direction; a battery housing having an opening at one side thereof and accommodating the electrode assembly through the opening; a first current collector including a support portion arranged on the electrode assembly, first tab coupling portions extending from the support portion and coupled to the first uncoated portion, and first housing coupling portions extending from the support portion and electrically coupled onto the inner surface of the battery housing; and a housing cover sealing the opening.
