Battery System And Battery Cell Assembly
Abstract: A battery system comprises: a battery pack including a plurality of battery cells and a plurality of pressure-sensing pads which are connected in parallel to the plurality of battery cells and attached to the outer surfaces of the plurality of battery cells, wherein the resistance value of the pressure-sensing pads changes according to the pressure applied to the pressure-sensing pads; and a battery management system (BMS) which derives a plurality of cell voltages for the plurality of battery cells, respectively, and determines that the battery pack is in an abnormal state when at least one of the plurality of derived cell voltages is less than or equal to a threshold voltage.
