Non Oriented Electrical Steel Sheet

Abstract: This non-oriented electrical steel sheet has a chemical composition likely generating the a-? transformation, and contains, by mass, at least 0.010% or less C, 1.50%-4.00% Si, 0.0001%-1.0% sol.Al, 0.010% or less S, 0.010% or less N, and 2.50%-5.00% in total of one or more selected from the group consisting of Mn, Ni, and Cu, the remainder comprising Fe and impurities, and when measured by EBSD and the area ratio of crystal grains having a crystal orientation of \{hkl\} orientation (within a margin of 10°) is expressed as Ahkl-uvw, A411-011 is 15.0% or greater, and the average crystal grain diameter is 10.0 µm - 40.0 µm.
