System For Determining Cause Of Electrode Connection And Roll Map Generation System Using Same

Abstract: A system for determining the cause of an electrode connection according to the present invention comprises: a position measurement instrument for acquiring the longitudinal direction positions of electrodes according to the amount of turn of a rewinder as coordinate data while the electrodes move between an unwinder and the rewinder in a roll-to-roll state; a signal generator for generating a connection notice signal when the electrodes are connected for a particular reason between the unwinder and the rewinder, the connection notice signal being generated in advance in relation to the connection of the electrodes; a joint detector for detecting joints attached onto the electrodes after the generation of the signal; and a determination unit for determining that the connection of the electrodes by the joints is due to the specific reason when the joints are detected within a prescribed distance from the electrode coordinates at the time the connection notice signal is generated.
