Method For Producing A Porous Anode For A Lithium Ion Secondary Battery, Resulting Anode, And Microbattery Comprising Said Anode

Abstract: A method for producing an anode having a porosity of between 25% and 50% by volume, comprising: (a) supplying a substrate and a colloidal suspension or paste consisting of monodispersed primary nanoparticles, in agglomerate or dispersed form, of at least one active anode material A selected from niobium oxides and mixed oxides of niobium and titanium, germanium, cerium, lanthanum, copper, or tungsten, having an average primary diameter D50 of between 2 nm and 100 nm; (b) depositing, on at least one face of the substrate, a layer from said colloidal suspension or paste supplied in step (a) using a method selected from the group made up of electrophoresis, extrusion, a printing method, preferably inkjet printing or flexographic printing, and a coating method, preferably by means of knife coating, roller coating, curtain coating, dip coating, or slot-die coating; and (c) drying the layer obtained in step (b), and solidifying same, by pressing and/or heating, to obtain a porous layer.
