Electrode Position Tracking System

Abstract: An electrode position tracking system of the present invention comprises: a notching control unit in which pitch information, which is the width of a unit electrode to be notched, is stored, and which acquires a cell ID of the unit electrode and electrode coordinate information about an electrode line transferred in a roll-to-roll state during notching; a calculation unit for calculating, from the pitch information and the cell ID acquired from the notching control unit, cell ID coordinates indicating the position of a specific unit electrode moving during the notching; a roll map generation unit for generating, from the electrode coordinate information transmitted from the notching control unit, a roll map in which the longitudinal dimension of an electrode is displayed as coordinates so that changes in electrode length can be identified during electrode manufacturing performed before notching; and a mapping unit, which compares the roll map coordinates and the cell ID coordinates so as to derive an electrode position during electrode manufacturing, from which the specific unit electrode is derived.
