Abstract: The disclosed invention relates to a battery cell strength test jig and a battery cell strength test device, comprising: a lead gripper to which an electrode lead derived from a side part of a battery cell is fixed; and a cell fixing member to which the battery cell is fixed and which is movably installed in the thickness direction of the battery cell, wherein relative displacement occurs between a cell body portion of the battery cell and the electrode lead due to the movement of the cell fixing member.
