Steel Sheet For Hot Stamping And Hot Stamped Member

Abstract: This steel sheet for hot stamping has, on a surface thereof: a portion that has a surface treatment coating film demonstrating an emissivity of 60% or more at a wavelength of 8.0 µm at 25°C; and a portion that does not have the surface treatment coating film. The surface treatment coating film contains carbon black and at least one oxide selected from the group consisting of Zr oxide, Zn oxide and Ti oxide. The carbon black and the oxide are dispersed throughout the entirety of the surface treatment coating film. The surface treatment coating film has a silica content of 0-0.3 g/m2. When the adhesion amounts of the carbon black and the oxide are XCB (g/m2) and XOxide (g/m2), respectively, the following formulas are satisfied. 118.9 = × = 24280 / {6700 / (100 + 76 × XCB) + 18000 / (130 + 65 × XOxide)} = 332.0
