Non Oriented Electromagnetic Steel Sheet And Method For Manufacturing Same
Abstract: The non-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a base steel sheet and a composite coating film of a Zn-containing phosphate and an organic resin that is formed on a surface of the base steel sheet, the non-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet including crystalline aluminum phosphate that exhibits a diffraction line pertaining to ICDD No. 01-074-3256 when the composite coating film is measured by wide-angle X-ray diffraction.
