Steel Sheet For Hot Stamping And Hot Stamping Molded Body
Abstract: This steel sheet for hot stamping has a prescribed chemical composition, and has a metal structure in which Sa+SGB, which is the sum of the area percentage Sa of ferrite and the area percentage SGB of granular bainite, is greater than or equal to 10% but less than 50%, and SGB/Sa, which is the ratio between the area percentage SGB of granular bainite and the area percentage Sa of ferrite, is 0.30-0.70. A hot stamping molded body produced with this steel sheet for hot stamping has a prescribed chemical composition, has a metal structure in which the average prior austenite grain size is 5-25 µm and the standard deviation of the prior austenite grain size distribution is 0.1-2.0 µm, and has a tensile strength of 2,200 MPa or more.
