Zigzag Stacking Device

Abstract: The disclosed invention relates to a zigzag stacking device for alternately staking, as an electrode assembly, a cathode plate and an anode plate on a separation film folded in a zigzag form, the device comprising: a stack table on which the cathode plate, the separation film, and the anode plate are stacked, and which can be lifted/lowered; a swing roll provided above the stack table so as to supply the separation film to the stack table in the zigzag form by means of left-right movements; a cathode unwinder for supplying the cathode plate to a separation film folding section folded in the zigzag form; an anode unwinder arranged to face the cathode unwinder so as to alternatingly supply the anode plate to a folding section next to the separation film folding section to which the cathode plate was supplied; a sealer, which can be lifted/lowered above the swing roll so as to press and seal the separation film on the stack table; and a control unit for controlling operations of the stack table and the sealer, wherein the control unit seals the separation film every time the separation film is stacked on the cathode plate.
