Abstract: This decorative sheet has a decorative layer. The decorative layer is provided with holes arranged in a plurality of directions. Specific conditions are satisfied between: the average value and the standard deviation of the arrangement pitch of the holes arranged in a first arrangement direction, among the plurality of directions, in which the arrangement pitch of the holes is the smallest; and the average value and the standard deviation of the arrangement pitch of the holes arranged in a second arrangement direction, among the plurality of directions, in which the arrangement pitch of the holes is the second smallest.
