Lithium Secondary Battery Having Suppressed Metal Elution
Abstract: The present invention relates to a lithium secondary battery. The lithium secondary battery includes an iron phosphate of chemical formula 2, having an olivine structure, as a cathode active material so as to have excellent economy and safety, contains an electrolyte additive of chemical formula 1, having a specific molecular weight, in an electrolyte so as to be able to ameliorate the increase in internal resistance of the battery as charging and discharging proceeds, and can effectively prevent the elution of iron ions from the cathode active material so as to have excellent battery performance and lifespan.
