Suspension Arm

Abstract: This suspension arm (1) comprises a body (2). The body (2) includes a curved portion (2a) curved along the longitudinal direction, and has a closed cross-section. The body (2) comprises an inner side wall (2i), an outer side wall (2o), a first side wall (21) and a second side wall (22). The inner side wall (2i) corresponds to inward curvature of the curved portion (2a). The outer side wall (2o) corresponds to outward curvature of the curved portion (2a). The first side wall (21) connects between one side edge of the inner side wall (2i) and one side edge of the outer side wall (2o). The second side wall (22) connects between the other side edge of the inner side wall (2i) and the other side edge of the outer side wall (2o), and is disposed so as to oppose the first side wall (21). The inner side wall (2i) has a thickness (ta) greater than the thickness (tb) of the outer side wall (2o). As viewed in a cross-section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the body (2), the length of the first side wall (21) and the second side wall (22) is greater than the length of the inner side wall (2i) and the outer side wall (2o).
