Abstract: According to the present invention, provided is a cylindrical secondary battery, which has a penetration terminal so as to allow a cathode terminal and an anode terminal to be positioned in the same direction, and thus has a simple electrical connection structure. In addition, the cylindrical secondary battery of the present invention has a thin insulation coating layer on the inner wall of a battery can, and thus can have increased capacity and improved vibration characteristics.
