Abstract: Provided is an Al-plated steel sheet with which it is possible to suppress hydrogen embrittlement that progresses due to hydrogen entering a steel material with oxidation of Al plating during hot stamp molding. This Al-plated steel sheet (1) comprises a steel substrate having a prescribed chemical composition, an Al plating layer (20) that is formed on the steel substrate and that is a plating layer containing Al and Si, and an oxide layer (30) formed on the Al plating layer (20), the oxide layer (30) having a thickness d of 10-400 nm, the oxide layer (30) containing a hydroxide layer (31), and the ratio of the thickness d1 of the hydroxide layer (31) relative to the thickness d of the oxide layer (30) being 30% or less. The thickness d of the oxide layer (30) is deemed to be the depth from the surface at which, in a depth-direction analysis by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, the integrated intensity for oxide is 1/2 of the maximum value. The thickness d1 of the hydroxide layer 31 is deemed to be the depth from the surface at which, in a depth-direction analysis by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, the integrated intensity for hydroxide is 1/2 of the maximum value.
