Abstract: The present invention relates to a preparation method of a super absorbent polymer. More specifically, according to the preparation method of a super absorbent polymer of the present invention, the content of unreacted monomers in a final product can be reduced by efficiently controlling the initiation and suppression of a polymerization reaction.
