Abstract: A disc brake apparatus (100) comprises a rotating member (10), a brake disc (20), a control member (30), and a fastening member (40). The brake disc (20) includes an annular disc body (21) and a plurality of fins (22). The control member (30) includes a base plate (31) and a projecting part (32), and controls the airflow between adjacent fins (22). At least one of the fins (22) includes a fastening hole (222) having a small-diameter part (222b). The base plate (31) includes a through-hole (311). A shaft (42) of the fastening member (40) is inserted through the small-diameter part (222b) and the through-hole (311). A peripheral edge of the through-hole (311) is disposed on the outer periphery side of a peripheral edge of the small-diameter part (222b).
