Abstract: Provided are a battery module, a battery pack and a vehicle including same, the battery module being configured so as to enable securing structural stability even when a thermal event occurs. The battery module, according to one aspect of the present invention, comprises: a cell assembly comprising at least one battery cell; and a module frame configured so as to receive the battery cell in a cell receiving unit and have a portion of the cell receiving unit opened.
