Abstract: The present invention relates to an anode, a manufacturing method therefor, a secondary battery comprising same, and a secondary battery manufacturing method, and, more specifically, to: an anode comprising a metal foil and an anode active material layer applied thereto, the upper end and lower end of the anode being coated with a binder; a manufacturing method therefor; a secondary battery comprising same; and a secondary battery manufacturing method. According to the present invention, provided are an anode and a manufacturing method therefor, the anode having excellent adhesiveness to a separator without a deterioration in battery performance, thereby preventing separator folding during stack cell manufacturing, and provided are a secondary battery allowing a decrease in production yield caused by a low-voltage defect to be reduced and causing fewer safety accidents, and a manufacturing method therefor.
