Description:FIELD OF THE INVENTION:
The present invention relates to a menstrual pain relief belt. More particularly, the present invention relates to a wearable device design to alleviate menstrual pain and discomfort experience by women during their menstrual cycle.
BACKGROUD OF THE INVENTION:
Background description includes information that may be useful in understanding the present invention. It is not an admission that any of the information provided herein is prior art or relevant to the presently claimed invention, or that any publication specifically or implicitly referenced is prior art.
Menstrual pain, also known as dysmenorrhea. It is a common condition experienced by many women during their menstrual cycles. It is characterized by cramping pain in the lower abdomen, which ranges from mild discomfort to severe pain. Menstrual pain is accompanied by other symptoms such as back pain, headache, fatigue, and mood changes, significantly impacting a woman's daily activities and quality of life.
Traditional methods of managing menstrual pain include over-the-counter pain medications, heat therapy using hot water bottles or heating pads, and rest. While these methods provide some relief, they are often temporary and may not effectively target the source of the pain. Furthermore, women are hesitant to rely solely on medication or struggle to find consistent relief throughout the day.
Heat therapy has long been recognized as an effective method for pain relief. Applying heat to the affected area helps to increase blood flow, relax muscles, and reduce pain sensitivity. However, conventional methods of heat therapy, such as hot water bottles or heating pads, are not always convenient or practical to use, especially when women are on the move or engaged in various activities.
The menstrual pain relief belt addresses these challenges by incorporating heating elements and pressure pads into a wearable and adjustable belt structure. This allows for targeted application of heat and pressure to the abdominal area, providing soothing relief and promoting relaxation. The belt is worn discreetly under clothing, allowing women to continue with their daily activities while experiencing relief from menstrual pain. The conventional belts are bulkier in nature, so it is clearly visible when worn under the clothing and causes discomfort. Also, the presently available belts need AC power to operate so it is not possible to use during travel.
Therefore, there is a need for an innovative solution that provide targeted and sustained relief for menstrual pain. The invention of the menstrual pain relief belt aims to address this need by offering a wearable device that combines heat therapy to alleviate menstrual pain and discomfort. The present invention also provide solution for the belt that can be wearable under the clothing and also useful for the travelling, it does not require AC supply.

Some of the objects of the present invention, which at least one embodiment herein satisfy are as listed herein below.
The main object of the present invention is to provide a practical and effective solution for alleviating menstrual pain and discomfort experienced by women during their menstrual cycles.
Another object of the present invention is to deliver targeted relief to the abdominal area where menstrual pain commonly occurs. By incorporating heating elements within a wearable belt structure, the invention provides a localized application of heat, directly addressing the source of the pain.
Further another object of the present invention is to alleviate menstrual pain and cramps. The heating elements emit low-level heat, increasing blood circulation, relaxing muscles, and reducing pain sensitivity.
Yet another object of the present invention is to provide convenience and portability. The menstrual pain relief belt is designed to be portable and wearable, allowing women to use it during various activities such as work, exercise, or relaxation. The discreet and adjustable belt-like structure ensures a secure and comfortable fit, enabling women to continue their daily routines while experiencing relief from menstrual pain.
Still another object of the present invention provides menstrual belt that is having conductive wire, heat by supply of DC power through battery that is carry easily during travel and it provides relief.

FIG. 1 depicts an exemplary drawing of a menstrual belt, in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the present invention provides menstrual pain relief belt. The said belt has multiple layers comprising an outer layer, middle layer, inner layer and electrically insulation and thermally insulation layers.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the outer layer (101) of the belt comprises woven, knitted or non-woven. The woven fabric is made up from cotton yarn, polyester yarn and elastane. In an exemplary of the present invention, the outer layer (101) is woven fabric made up from the cotton yarn.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the middle layer (102) comprises woven fabric. The woven fabric contains cotton yarn, copper wire and wool yarn, woven in twill weave. The warp yarns are cotton yarn and the weft yarns are wool yarn and copper wire. The copper wire is added at every 5 – 15 mm interval. In an exemplary of the invention, the copper wire is added at distance of every 8 mm. The said middle layer (102) facilitates heat conservation due to wool yarn.
In a further embodiment of the present invention, the copper wire is conductive material. It helps to flow the power and generate heat. The middle layer fabric is having copper wire at regular intervals, the said fabric is connected with power supply/power bank that supplies power when connect with the copper wire. It helps to heat the fabric. The temperature regulator is also connected with the belt that helps to increase or decrease the temperature as per requirement. The present invention provides maximum temperature up to 45°C. In an exemplary of the present invention, the temperature regulators help to adjust the temperature.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the inner layer (103) comprises woven or knitted fabric. In an exemplary of the present invention, the knitted fabric is used. The said fabric is moisture absorbent that helps to absorb the sweat of the body.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the outer layer (101), middle layer (102) and inner layer (103) are combine/stitch together in an order. At the end the belt is having buckle lock and/or Velcro that helps to fit the belt with body. The weight of the belt ranges from 100 – 250 GSM.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the menstrual pain relief belt (100) has three layers i.e., outer layer (101), middle layer (102) and inner layer (103). The outer layer (101) is of cotton woven fabric, which is mainly used for heat loss, the middle layer (102) is woven in such a way that it contains heating element, and the inner layer (103) is knitted fabric which is a sweat absorbent fabric. There are thermally and electrically insulation layers (104, 105) that supports for the insulation and prevent shock to the wearer. In an exemplary of the present invention, the capton tap is used. The said layers are placed between outer layer and middle layer, inner layer and middle layer.
Example:
Menstrual belt having three main layers and middle layer is woven with cotton as warp, wool yarn and copper wire as weft yarn. The copper wire is inserted at every 8 mm distance. The outer layer is woven layer of cotton. The inner layer is knitted layer which helps to absorb the moisture.
The power supply is connected with the copper wire and heat the belt. The temperature is regulated by regulator knob.
Weight of belt: 150 GSM
